Encounter God Argentina 2008

This powerful cross-cultural experience is a unique blend of mission work and spiritual enrichment.  Your days will be spent encountering life in the poor neighborhoods of Buenos Aires by volunteering in the local community centers of two distinct communities: a slum and a shantytown. There will also be periods of intense theological teaching from a Latin American perspective and personal spiritual reflection.
 
The goal of the program is to expose you to the unjust reality that is South America, to examine this reality in the light of God's Word, and to encourage you to become involved in working with the poor in your cities and neighborhoods.
 
Dando Vida is a faith-based organization whose goal is to embody the life and ministry of Jesus to the poor and marginalized who surround the capital city of Buenos Aires.  It is a Biblical, Kingdom ministry of hope, justice, and solidarity.
